MEZZA TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Introduction
Welcome to Mezza (“Mezza,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By
ordering or receiving any meals, products, or services
(collectively, the “Products”) from Mezza, you agree to be
bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms
apply to all orders placed with and fulfilled by Mezza.

- Week-by-Week Ordering:
This is not a subscription plan. All orders are placed week
by week, and you may adjust or pause your orders at any
time. - Order Deadline:
To ensure timely delivery, all orders must be placed by
Thursday at midnight to receive service on the following
Monday. - Special Diets & Add-Ons:
If you require special ingredients or have specific dietary
requests (e.g., high protein, gluten-free, or other
restrictions), additional fees may apply. Any add-ons—such
as extra dressings or additional protein—must be
requested at the time of placing your order and may incur
extra charges. - Credit Card on File:
You agree to provide a valid credit card for us to keep on
file. All orders will be charged to the credit card on file at
the moment of delivery.
- Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery Day & Time:
Deliveries are made on Mondays. If you are not present to
receive your delivery, your order will be left in a refrigerated
cooler outside the address you provided. - In-Person Pickup Options:
- Mezza In-Person Pickup: Available in St. Augustine, FL on
Mondays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. - KTLYST Pickup (Pick Up ONLY): Available on Mondays
from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. - Delivery Fees & Zones:
- Local Delivery (Free): For orders within zip codes 32082,
32081, 32259, and 32258, delivery is free. - Standard Delivery: For orders within zip codes 32084,
32080, and 32086, a fixed delivery fee of $8.95 applies. - Free Shipping: All qualifying local orders enjoy free
shipping over $0.00. - Cooler Usage:
A refrigerated cooler will be provided to clients who order
regularly, at no additional cost. If the cooler is lost,
damaged, or not returned upon ceasing to order, a $25 fee
will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Price Adjustments
- Price Changes:
We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time in our
sole discretion, without prior notice. For ongoing deliveries,
we will provide at least ten (10) days’ advance notice of any
price changes to your specific plan or regular ordering
pattern. - Acceptance of Price Changes:
Your continued acceptance of deliveries after receiving
notice of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new
rates. If you do not wish to accept the new price, please
refrain from placing future orders. - Additional Fees & Taxes:
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax (where applicable)
and any additional fees or charges will be added at
checkout.
- Warming & Food Safety
- Refrigeration & Heating:
Immediately refrigerate all items upon delivery. Detailed
warming instructions are provided on our online menu and
the back of your meal tray packaging slip. Always follow
USDA guidelines for safe internal temperatures.
- Return & Refund Policy
- Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your order, please
contact us within five (5) days of receiving the item. We may
offer credit, a partial refund, or a full refund as appropriate. - Proof of Unsatisfactory Item:
We reserve the right to request the return of the
unsatisfactory item or a photograph before issuing any
refund or credit.
- Allergen & Dietary Information
- Allergen Advisory:
The eight major allergens (wheat, egg, soy, milk, tree nuts,
peanuts, fish, and shellfish) may be present due to shared
processing facilities. While we strive to prevent crosscontamination, trace amounts may occur. - Consumer Responsibility:
You are responsible for verifying product contents before
consumption. Mezza does not guarantee the completeness
of nutrition, ingredient, or allergen information on our
website or packaging.
- Additional Provisions
- Modifications & Updates:
Any future updates or additions to our meal offerings are
subject to these Terms. - Cancellation / Deactivation:
As orders are placed week by week, simply refrain from
placing a new order if you choose to discontinue. For any
concerns, please contact customer support. - Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Florida. - Severability & Entire Agreement:
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it shall be
severed from these Terms, which represent the entire
agreement between you and Mezza.
